Here’s a video overview of the Molecule highlighting some of its benefits. This mattress is on the milder end of the spectrum but not the squish king of soft. The foam recovers fast but you sink into it for more contouring and hug. I believe the best part of the mattress is that it doesn’t insulate up to a conventional foam mattress. This is ideal for hot sleepers.

My Molecule Findings
The Molecule has a stretchy knitted cover that works well with the mattress. This is the very first mattress I’ve reviewed where the cover is made with microban technology. Despite the fact that it has microban, I would still advise using a mattress protector merely to keep it in pristine condition.
My Molecule Recommendation
The Molecule isn’t your typical 3 layer foam mattress. It seems like one and even feels similar to some others I have tried but what sets it apart is that it’s one of the coolest sleeping foam mattresses I have tried. A popular way to address heat issues in mattresses is to use a phase change material in the cover that’s cool to the touch but this effect is temporary and eventually, the mattress will heat up. I discovered this mattress for a bit on the milder end of the spectrum and for that it might not be best for stomach sleepers but most back sleepers and side sleepers will appreciate the design, cooling and pressure relief this mattress provides.
